Jay is the Owner and Broker of Orlando Realty & Property Management. Jay provides over 15 years of real estate experience, most of that time specializing in property management. During the last 15 years, Jay has been responsible for the leasing and management of thousands of properties. Jay is the leader and provides the vision for our organization. During his time as a team leader for RE/MAX and Keller Williams, he ranked in the top 25 in the state of Florida as an agent many years. Jay and the team then decided to move Orlando Realty and Property Management to our own brokerage. We look forward to continue success under Jay's leadership.
Jay enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and daughter. He
also enjoys watching his beloved Philadelphia sports teams and traveling.
Mary is responsible managing all facets of the leasing process
as well as property management for our firm. Mary has been in the property
management industry for nearly 10 years. She has managed large portfolios
within the Multifamily industry along with managing single family homes and
vacation rentals. Her role here is to serve as a liaison between the owner and
tenants while providing strong customer service on both ends. Her diversified
experience with in the property management industry makes her a great fit for
our team.
Mary enjoys working out and socializing with friends.
Brian is responsible managing everything regarding the sales
department. Brian has over 20 years of business development/sales and marketing
experience and has been a licensed RE Broker in Florida for 15 years.
Brian enjoys golf, hiking, boating, and watching his alma mater on Saturdays, the Florida State Seminoles.
Dallas has been with Orlando Realty & Property Management
for the last 3 years enjoying every aspect of the property management field!
She has been in the Property Management field for 6 years, and has a background
managing all types of privately owned properties such as single family homes,
townhouses and condos, from brand new properties to assisting in renovating
them. She also has a background in Real Estate Sales. Her diversified
experience with in the property management industry makes her a great fit for
our team.
Dallas enjoys spending time with her family, going on vacation,
watching sports and the beach!
Michelle and her team are responsible for managing our institutional clients within ORPM. She has 20 years of experience in the property management industry. Most of that experience was as on site manager of large apartment communities. Michelle has managed in the past for several large corporations and REITS at 11 separate communities equating to over 3000 units over her career. Here experience is in multi-family ranges from troubleshooting distressed communities, redeveloping communities from Grade C to Grade A and all aspects of operations of managing luxury communities (Grade A). She has attended multiple classes in Fair Housing Law over the years. Michelle also holds a BA in Journalism (Advertising and Public Relations) from University of Central Florida. Michelle is also a Licensed Real Estate Agent.
Michelle's hobbies include writing children's books, spending
time at the beach with her daughter, swimming, and biking on FL's many nature
trails.
Jennifer has been a professional in the real estate industry for the past 4 years. Throughout this time, she has enjoyed assisting her clients with the purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties, as well as the day to day of the property management realm. Jennifer is also involved in the new business development department of ORPM. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Florida.
Jennifer enjoys traveling, cooking, interior design, and
anything outdoors; especially fishing and kayaking.
Bricen has been in the property management field for 2 years. He
works hard on a day to day basis to ensure that all issues are handled with
care, in a timely manner. With a strong background in Hospitality and as a
native of the Midwest, he offers exceptional customer service to all of our
clients!
Bricen enjoys cooking, baking, and spending time with his
Italian Greyhound, Buddha!
Attached to one of Florida's most knowledgeable real estate
organizations, covering Greater Orlando and adjacent communities. Works with
buyers, sellers and renters to thoroughly analyze the clients needs,
consolidate and present the most cost effective options, identify the correct
property or buyer and close the transaction as smoothly and painlessly as
possible.
During his time off Steven enjoys the outdoors. In particular,
SCUBA diving and relaxing on the beach with his fiancé and their dog Bella.
Michelle Washington started her career in real estate about a
year ago after changing her career path from management at Sears to Real
Estate. She is a graduate of AIU with a Bachelor's Degree in Operations
Management. She is passionate about growing her career in the real estate
business. She is always looking forward to helping others find there new rental
home or become a home owner.
Michelle loves spending time with her husband & kids, traveling, dance, and spending time with family.
Traci is responsible for overseeing all aspects out in the field
, such as Move in walks, Move out walks, Mid Lease walks, Advertising Walks,
Posting of notices, placing and removing lock boxes. Traci has over 10 years'
experience in the property management industry. Traci has great attention to
detail which allows her to complete her job with great accuracy.
Traci enjoys camping, the beach and spending time with her
family.
Justin has been licensed in the Real Estate Industry since 2009.
He has worked several different aspects of the business including Real Estate
sales. He shows properties full time for our company and is very good at
assisting prospective tenants finding a property that is just right for them.
Justin enjoys spending time with his wife Barbara. They love the
outdoors especially the beach, any free time they get, thats where you will
find them!
Binekka has been with Orlando Realty & Property Management
for the past 5 years. She assists in many aspects of our company, her main
responsibility is the placement of advertising of our properties on over 100
websites, the Multiple Listing Service, and Social Media websites like
Facebook, Twitter. In addition to the overseeing of advertising, Binekka
supervises the management of our virtual assistance team. She is also our go to
person for assistance in special projects that we conduct throughout the
organization. Her performance shows great eagerness to grow with our company.
Binekka enjoys spending time with her husband and young
children. Binekka also has a great love for her treasured Kentucky Wildcats.
Amy is responsible for all monies. Amy has over 18 years of
bookkeeping experience, all of those years in the Property Management industry.
You don't find many bookkeepers that have been in the Property Management field
as long as Amy. Amy has the attention to detail like few others and is
dedicated to ensure on time payments that are accurate each month. Amy has had
her Real Estate License for over 18 years as well.
Amy enjoys spending time with Family & Friends, Traveling,
Boating, and going to the Beach.
A licensed Florida Broker and Instructor, Jim has over twenty-five years of extensive professional practice in both sales and management. His long experience includes developing a top ranked sales and management brokerage office, managing and supervising a multi-office 1100 agent brokerage firm, direct management of over 600 residential condominium and single family properties, and training over 20,000 agents, managers, and brokers. Jim's considerable expertise, experience, and skill are focused on maximizing our property owner's profitability while controlling risks and liability.
